Yes, we offer private transportation between Cusco, Puno, Ollantaytambo, Aguas Calientes, and other destinations on the southern Andean circuit. We also arrange airport drop-offs for your departure flight, timed to your exact schedule.

Yes. We handle everything: transportation from Cusco to Ollantaytambo, train to Aguas Calientes, entrance to the citadel, and a certified guide. Machu Picchu entry tickets have limited availability and sell out fast — we recommend booking at least one week in advance. Contact us and we'll put together the complete package.

All our services are fully private. You won't share a vehicle or guide with anyone outside your group. This allows us to adapt the pace, stops, and schedule exactly to your needs, without being tied to a fixed group itinerary.

Yes, our guides are bilingual in Spanish and English. For groups requiring other languages, we can arrange this with advance notice. We'll always confirm your guide before the tour so you can ask any questions ahead of time.

On the website, payments are processed securely through PayPal. If you book via WhatsApp, we accept any payment method: bank transfer, Wise, cash in soles or USD at the start of the service, or whatever works best for you. No surcharges on any method.

Yes. Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance receive a full refund. For later cancellations, we review each case individually — we understand that travel plans can change. Rescheduling is always available at no extra cost, subject to availability.

Cusco sits at 3,400 meters above sea level, and some fatigue or headache on your first day is completely normal. We recommend arriving a day before any strenuous activity, staying well hydrated, avoiding heavy meals, and drinking coca tea. Our guides know the symptoms and are trained to assist you if you feel unwell during the tour.
